Total Technology Solutions was founded in 1995 to address the needs of small and medium sized businesses that needed an outsourced IT solution, and to bring back the old era of true customer service. TTS was started initially to provide service, repair and sales of computer products, however, the customer's need for networked solutions transformed TTS. We began to support all of the Microsoft and Novell networks, concentrating on small and medium sized companies without the ability to sustain an internal computer staff. We proved to be an effective partner with our clients, because we grew from the excellent referrals of word of mouth.
